In 2022, WELL devised a new approach to report enterprise risks, including cybersecurity, to our board. The plan involved soliciting inputs from various departments within the organization, including e-business leaders, and providing them with a standardized process for assessing all facets of risks in their respective areas. This data was subsequently aggregated to generate an enterprisewide risk dashboard. As a result, the team can now measure risks more accurately at the individual subsidiary level, enabling them to prioritize remedial actions based on the extent of the exposure.
