In February 2023, WELL Health Technologies Corp. announced its commitment to supporting the Red Cross to aid the millions of Turkish and Syrian citizens impacted by the devastating earthquakes that occurred on February 6, 2023.

Donating to Support Red Cross Relief Efforts
To support the earthquake relief efforts, WELL established an initial goal of $15,000 of donations from our community with WELL Health matching that for a total over $30,000.
To do this, WELL invited our entire network of employees, consultants, shareholders, and healthcare providers to donate to the cause, and we were overwhelmed by the outpouring of support. WELL’s Founder & CEO, Hamed Shahbazi, and the senior management team contributed to the donation appeal. We are proud to say that we were able to make a significant contribution to the relief efforts and help those impacted by the earthquakes.
This donation was a resounding success, with a combined donation of over $30,000 to the Red Cross to support those in need.
Standing in Solidarity with the Impacted Communities In Turkey & Syria

Partnering With Focus Mental Wellness To Support Mental Health
In addition to our financial support, we recognized that this crisis may have also impacted our WELL team members, especially those with family and friends in Turkey and Syria.
To support our team members during this challenging time, we partnered with Focus Mental Wellness to provide fully subsidized access to therapy with a licensed practitioner for our employees, healthcare providers, consultants, and their direct families in Canada. Focus is a virtual online therapy clinic that provides secure online video, phone, and text therapy for individuals and their families struggling with mental health issues. We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and we are committed to supporting our team members in any way we can.
